If you are not satisfied with any product we offer to replace it with another of equal or lesser value at no cost. We will only send out one additional shipment to the original order. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues please do not hesitate to contact us. We will respond within 24 hours guaranteed.

Yes if you are still not satisfied after a product replacement, or a product replacement is not desired, we accept returns within 14 days of the item's DELIVERED date. We will issue a full refund upon confirmation of the item shipped back to us. In most cases buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our products are made/and or prepared to order. We normally ship out Pixel Scents products within 24 hours of receiving an order and 2-6 days for delivery Monday - Friday USPS business hours (we operate on CST). Note your order will not be shipped out until monday, if ordering on a saturday.

Our apparel products usually ship out within 3 days of being ordered with 2-6 days for delivery. Entering an address into the checkout page will give an estimated date of arrival for all our products.

Shipping costs vary by location and package weight. Our checkout page automatically calculates current carrier shipping rates. We do not add any additional costs or fees to the shipping carrier calculations. We do offer free shipping on orders $99+

Our fragrance oils have a 12 month shelf life if kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. After 12 months, we find the fragrance starts to dissipate and is no longer as strong as originally intended.
